Shipping

We can ship to almost any address in the world. Please note that some products have limitations and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We will let you know on the product page if there are restrictions.

 

 

When placing an order online or through our customer service department, the estimated time frame for delivery depends on several factors, including the destination, shipping method, and time of placing the order.

 

Most products are shipped the same day. Of course, it depends on the time you place the order. If it is our night time, it will delay the delivery of one day.

***Attention we support the software digital code, No CD/no DVD/no package. If you purchased the software product and stated that they have electronic delivery or download, you will receive the required product/license key/download link/Step by email on the day the order is confirmed.

You have bought a software product like Microsoft Office and Windows, we will also send the download link to your email, so please contact us! For the download link, we will send our own download website and official website. For our download website just to make it easy for customers to find the software they want because some customers are not easy to find the corresponding link on the official website.


Refund Policy

If the software digital code has been shipped, we will not accept refunds because the number of each software is unique. If there is a problem with the number, we will provide replacement and technical support services. Thanks for your trust.


No refunds on digital downloads.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


We work hard to make sure your software download and installation process is as seamless as possible. However, once a product key is sent to you, we cannot accept product cancellations once the key has been activated or an attempt to activate it has taken place. If you encounter any issues when installing your new software purchase, our technical support team will help troubleshoot your installation.

 

How can we help with the installation process? Our customer support is available 24x7 to give you expert technical help should you need it. If we can't activate your software, we will replace the product key free of charge within 30 days of purchase. 


Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. At the same time, there will be a $1 fee for each refund (this is charged by credit card)


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
